Job Description
Job Duties:
- Manage and handle the ordering process of HK & China store.
- Handle stock allocation among Asia store
- Monitor the inventory levels and maintain the accuracy of inventory figure.
- Regular sales / inventory reporting.
- Conduct regularly with suppliers and internal parties for stock related issue.
- Other ad-hoc project as requested.
Requirements:
- U grad. or above.
- Min. 3 years relevant experience in ordering process.
- Experience in POS system is an advantage.
- Possess strong analytical, reporting & presentation skills.
- Proficient in computer applications especially Excel.
- Proficient in both Chinese & English; fluent Mandarin is a must.
- Having knowledge on retail / wholesales of luxury products is a plus.
- Immediately available is highly preferred
