Job Duties:

1. Manage and handle the ordering process of HK & China store.
2. Handle stock allocation among Asia store
3. Monitor the inventory levels and maintain the accuracy of inventory figure.
4. Regular sales / inventory reporting.
5. Conduct regularly with suppliers and internal parties for stock related issue.
6. Other ad-hoc project as requested.

Requirements:

• U grad. or above.
• Min. 3 years relevant experience in ordering process.
• Experience in POS system is an advantage.
• Possess strong analytical, reporting & presentation skills.
• Proficient in computer applications especially Excel.
• Proficient in both Chinese & English; fluent Mandarin is a must.
• Having knowledge on retail / wholesales of luxury products is a plus.
• Immediately available is highly preferred
