Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor the overall inventory level and ensure replenishments are stocked within the required time frame
• Manage full procurement process starting from vendor sourcing & selection, goods & services delivery, etc.
• Manage all processes and procedures involved in warehousing functions, including physical goods receiving, quality and quantity checking, system update and stock take, etc.
• Develop strong supplier relationship to ensure reliable and quality sources at competitive prices are provided
• Review and enhance the existing purchasing and warehouse system

 Job Requirements:

• Degree Holder or above (Major in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or equivalent)
• At least 5 years working experience in purchasing & warehouse management
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Hardworking, initiative and able to work under pressure
