 Responsibilities:

•Answer/transfer telephone calls and greet visitors

•Performing all-round office administration duties such as order the stationery and office procurement

•Assist to handle shop maintenance

•Handle the petty cash and prepare invoice

•Ad hoc administrative assignments as required

Requirements:

•Higher Diploma or above in Administration or related discipline

•Minimum 2 years’ experience

•Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.

•Able to work independently, self-motivated, responsible, well-organized and willing to learn

•Good communication and problem solving skills

•Experience and Knowledge of Pet goods is preferred
