The Job

• Support various human Resources initiatives including recruitment, C&B including payroll services and employee engagement.
  
• Work with line managers to provide all-rounded HR services including employee on-boarding and off-boarding matters and staffing administration
• Work with TA lead in people sourcing, building pipeline and talent pool to satisfy business needs
• Work with vendor on system enhancement project and other HR projects
• Provide regular HR reports and analysis 
• Participate annual review exercises and events

The Person

• Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years HR operation support experience in which 2 years in C&B and payroll support services
• HR Experience in fast moving industry is highly preferred
• Strong numerical sense and meticulous
• Proactive, multi-tasked with the ability to achieve results and deadlines
• Able to work under minimum supervision
• Well versed in Hong Kong labour law and MPF legislation
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills required
• Candidate with richer experience will be considered as Senior Officer 
• Immediate availability is preferred
