Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum of professional clerical and office administrative support
- Answer incoming telephone calls, greet clients and visitors if required
- Manage executives’ calendar, administer travel/accommodation arrangement and expenses claims
- Set up and maintain a systematic filing system, prepare reports and documents as assigned
- Liaise with external service vendors for office consumables purchasing, repair & maintenance, housekeeping, etc.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned if necessary
Qualification & Requirements
- Form 5 or above, Certificate or Diploma in Secretarial Studies/Business Administration is an advantage
- Minimum 3 years' working experience
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently, detail-oriented, enthusiastic and highly self-motivated
- Proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of both Chinese and English
- Immediate available is highly preferred
