• Support the Wealth Management in providing business and sales management coverage to the relevant markets, specifically in the areas of Wealth management strategy & execution.
  
  
• Plan and execute high quality events with the objectives of building a positive brand profile.
  
  
• Develop effective program strategies to promote respective investment products or services for customer
  
  
• Manage and work closely with internal and external business partners
  
  
• Coordinate Front Office feedback and specify business requirements.
  
  
• Interface with all support areas (Operations, Compliance, etc.) on issues resolution and organization improvement.
  
  
• Prepare regular performance and control reports.
  
  
• Support the continuous improvement of processes to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  
  
• Support the effective management of operational risks across the Business and in compliance with applicable internal policies, and external laws and regulations at a global level.
  
  
• Able to deal with high level of confidential information and numerical documents such as business and annual reports
  

Requirements:

• University graduate with major in Finance, Marketing, Economics, and Risk Management is preferred.
• Excellent managerial, analytical and strategic thinking.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese or Mandarin.
