Job Description

 

Requirements:

 

  1. University Degree preferred
  2. At least five years of secretarial experience preferred
  3. Typing speed of 50 w.p.m. or above
  4. Knowledge of software applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing
  5. Good command of English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua a definite advantage

 

  

Duties:

  •  To provide secretarial support, e.g. scheduling of appointments, word processing, filing of documents and reports;
  • To handle travel arrangements and arrange meeting folders for overseas duty visits; and
  • To handle general administration work of the division.
