Job Description
This is a very exciting opportunity to join a well-respected international law firm as a legal secretary. They are one of the most sizable law firm globally with over 30+ offices around the world. The legal secretary will support 1 partner and around 3 other associates.
Job Description
- Arrange meetings and manage calendars for partner and associates
- Prepare, format, edit legal documents
- Prepare file opening, conduct basic legal searches
- Input time-sheet and prepare bills
- Prepare correspondences and draft emails
- Filling and organize paperwork
- Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirement
- 2-4+ years of experience as a legal secretary at a reputable law firm
- Excellent formatting skills is a must
- Very fluent English and Chinese is a must.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Able to work under a fast-paced environment
