Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain office security system such as access control, CCTV and DVR systems, etc. and ensure a safe and secure office environment
• Assist in rolling out various projects for the bank e.g. renovation and relocation, BCP, DR and evacuation drill, etc.
• Liaise with service providers, vendor and internal legal department to review and finalize service agreements or tenancy agreements
• Ensure all internal documents and records are incompliance with internal and external requirements, e.g. customer data protection and PDPO, etc.
• Provide support on expatriate housing management; liaise with landlord and estate agency when necessary
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 5 years experience in general office administration, vendor control and facility management
• Meticulous and detail-minded, able to manage multiple tasks with tight timeline
• Good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Required to work during non-office hours, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays on need basis
