Job Description
Human Resources Officer - Compensation and Benefits
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overtime calculation, new staff update administration, employee benefits program & HR letters issue
- Maintain and upload staff movement to Head Office HRIS System
- Handle renewal, extension & termination of visa matters
- Maintain and update staff database in eLeave System, follow up various leave administration and late submission leave applications
- Handle external training applications & departmental in-house training, administrate branch-wise eLearning courses & keep the attendance record update
- Assist in HR reporting
Requirements:
- Degree holder, major in Human Resources is preferable
- 1-2yrs Human Resources experience in Banking and Finance industry or large corporate
- Solid compensation and Benefits experience is an advantage
- Experience in staff records maintenance, visa application, e-leave system and e-learning co-ordination is highly preferred
- Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese
- Sensitive to figures and good in using MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Immediately available is preferred
