Job duties:

• Establish and implement compliance control measures relating to bank Investment and insurance business and devise effective risk management measures
• Develop, maintain and implement a range of compliance programs / activities
• Provide risk & compliance advice in respect of existing and new regulatory requirements and assess the potential impact
• Monitor compliance review and conduct audits on relevant business units
• Conduct risk assessment and devise control measures to mitigate the risks
• Compile regular risk & compliance reports and returns for HKMA
• Handle the inquiries from HKMA and other business units

Job requirements:

• University graduate in accounting, law, finance or related disciplines
• Over 5 years’ experience in compliance field in which at least 3 years in supervisory level
• Good understanding of the operations of bank Investment and Insurance business
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Self-motivated and independent
