In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring adequate support is provided to business for various front to back office applications, including POS, Digital and CRM, Finance and You will obtain clear understanding of the retail and front to bank office operation needs by acting as the key IT contact point for business users and vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Be the key IS&T contact point with different users within the company for various front office retail applications
• Be able to translate business requests into functional and system specifications for application evolutions
• Provide consultancy and propose solution to business departments on application operations and requests
• Understand well the processes in retail and front office, and promote operation best practices to align with corporate standard
• Manage and lead various front office projects in the zone
• Provide application/business process consultancy and interact closely with Central IS&T and technical support teams
• Liaise and coordinate with head quarter team on development and deployment of new requests and initiatives
• Work closely with technical support teams on monitoring and improvement of existing system operations
• Coordinate with external vendors/partners to implement or maintain applications
• Play a key role in improving business performance metrics and measures to support key business objectives
• Periodic reporting on project and task status to management team

Requirements:

• University graduate
• Hands-on experience in retail applications, such as POS, CRM, store portal, retail BI, store PDA/iPod apps, retail back-office applications, etc.
• Strong business sense and business operational experience
• Team-/customer-oriented attitude and working style
• both projects and production support, ideally in retail environment in an international company
• Responsible, willing to take initiative and rigorous, strong coordination and communication skills with all levels
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Knowledge of trends in retail and functional related technology will be an advantage
