Job duties:

• Assess, review and recommend credit proposals, loan reviews and status reports submitted by branches, the bank’s Commercial or SME Banking divisions and arrange approval based on the lending authorities
• Familiar with SME / Commercial Banking credit policies and procedures
• Responsible for post-approval monitoring and review of the relevant commercial client portfolios and other credit-related duties in bank
• Assist Department Heads to monitor the quality of loan portfolio of department / branches and suggest account strategies
• Ensure policies adhere to regulatory and policy guidelines and meet the bank and regulators’ credit standards

Job requirements:

• Degree holders, Major in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
• Over 5 years of credit related experience in retail, commercial banking and also may include experience in SME banking
• Good credit assessment skills, with sound knowledge in banking loan products and operation
• Self-motivated and independent
• Strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills
• Good interpersonal and report writing skills
