Working Location: Kwai Hing

Responsibilities:

• Prepare volume reports for management and key statistics into the CREST system
• Provide analysis reports of International Supply Chain (ISC) performance  
• Assist senior manager in daily reporting tasks
• Coordinate origin tariff updates, review and follow up data quality
• Maintain ISC global claims register 
• Participate in conference calls or face to face meetings with ISC global network and customers

Requirements:

• Associate Degree in any discipline or above or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework (QF) 
• At least 2 years relevant shipping/ freight forwarding experience is preferable
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure with good time management skill
• Creative mind and good at problem solving
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin spoken will be an advantage
• Good PC operations knowledge, e.g. MS Excel & Outlook
