Job duties:

• Take initiatives on new products development in the division
• Meet preset business budgets for related products, including SME, secured and mortgage lending
• Plan and formulate effective marketing programs and develop action plans for marketing initiatives and business growth
• Coordinate different internal channels and gather comments on the development of marketing programs
• Execute marketing programs and action plans
• Evaluate and recommend changes to operations and channels to streamline operating procedures, improve sales process and suggest improvements
• Find solutions for the problems in sales activities and related operation

Job requirements:

• Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
• Over 5 years of solid working experience in product and marketing, preferably in retail banking or SME marketing
• Experience in business strategy formulation
• Participation in product development is an advantage
