Responsibilities:

• Implements the plans by the company to shape and grow the Dealing and Wealth  Department to meet the demand of an increasing customer base
• Coordinates the development and delivery of new trading products such as Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, etc with the Settlement Department, the IT Department, and the Wealth Management Department, etc for launching to customers
• Perform trade execution and monitor customers’ trading activities
• Research and develop trading strategies to improve trade execution performance for customers

Requirements:

• Holder of HK SFC Type 1 Licence for Regulated Activities
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines from an accredited institution;
• Minimum 3 years of dealing experience at a prestigious financial institution, in Hong Kong in a team-leading or senior position;
• Familiar with the trading of Equities in Hong Kong.
• Deep knowledge on the regulatory and compliance requirements for trading and dealing in Hong Kong;
• Customer centric, efficient, strong common sense, be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers;
• Less exp. will be considered as Junior Dealer
