A well established PRC investment banking group is seeking high calibre candidates to apply for the above post.

Responsibilities:

• Revise the operation manuals and procedures of securities, futures and commodity trading business  and provide suggestions for improvement
• Daily monitoring of operational risks and information technology risks
• Assist in monitoring the development of new business and new products to ensure having implementable operation manuals
• Perform annual operational risk self-assessment

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above
• At least 12 years relevant experience, including 5 years of management experience
• Familiar with the operation of the Hong Kong securities and futures market and related relevant regulations and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and experience in writing related operation manuals is preferred
• Excellent command of written & spoken English & Chinese, including Putonghua
