Responsibilities:

• Oversee Market Risk and Operation Control and maintain proper internal record filing
• Implement and enforce applicable internal policy and procedure
• Responsible for preparation of all P&L analysis on trading activities on equity / treasury products.
• Investigate and resolve P&L discrepancies with internal counterparties and related departments
• Prepare daily and monthly commentary on the P&L of business units including P/L attribution analysis.
• Coordinate or formulate control policies and procedures.
• Prepare month end reconciliation of middle office to Finance P&L and handle ad hoc reconciliation queries.
• Liaise with Front Office to resolve ad hoc issues including but not limited to trade booking and valuation.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines with CA/CPA qualification
• At least 5 years’  relevant Market Risk experience
• Strong analytical abilities and communication skills
• Excellent written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
