Responsibilities:   

• Responsible for the overall management of Civil and Structural of the Project including make key decisions and taking actions in relation to geotechnical review, site investigation, geotechnical assessment, groundwater control, ground treatment, buildability assessment, risk assessment and management of temp. works and permanent works.

Requirements:  

• Degree holder in Civil Engineering or related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years construction management experience in civil and building works;
• Experienced in subletting arrangement and contract administration;
• Capable of budget preparation and cost assessment;
• Good command writing skills in English is a must, proficiency in computer applications;
• Sound management and interpersonal skills;
• Hands-on experience in construction technique;
• Sound knowledge of safety and environmental management;
• Immediate available is preferred.
