a typical workday at our design studio would be:

• morning meeting with senior architectural designer to review design drawings and discuss any outstanding issues for responsible projects.
• translate design directions into construction and detail drawings.
• liaise with contractors and material suppliers on all cost quotations.
• visit project sites and make sure that the designs are correctly executed.

our requirement:

• fresh grads are welcome to apply. architectural degree from reputable overseas institution is preferred.
• candidates with more experience will be considered for the architectural designer and compensated according to his/her experience.
• project management skills and on site coordination experience is a plus.
• thorough working knowledge of autocad and photoshop a must.
• must be dedicated, highly organized and a team player.
• 3D rendering skills a plus but not required.
• fluency in spoken and written english is a must. fluency in spoken chinese is plus.
