Job Description:

. Handle full set of shipping documents and banking documents independently

.coordinate with overseas factories/suppliers for shipment arrangement

.provide the support to supervisors and other departments in China

.perform reception duties including handling phone cell, courier

 Requirements:

. Form 5 /Form 6/Diploma, 1 year shipping experience, preferably in trading company

.Proficiency in MS office applications ( Excel, outlook, word) is must.

.good written and spoken in English and Mandarin

.good interpersonal communication skill

.willing to learn , hardworking, self-motivated

.immediately available is highly preferred
