Responsibilities:
1. Provide Network Support and related Infrastructure technical solutions to internal end users
2. Perform diagnostic and root cause analysis of Network problems
3. Propose and execute continuous improvements on network solutions
4. Participate infrastructure projects including services and substantial works

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or higher diploma in IT / computer science or related disciplines
2. A minimum of 3 years hands-on networking experience including Infrastructure solution and architect on various Network Products (FortiGate, Cisco)
3. Good problem management skills, including root cause analysis; Knowledge of Lotus Domino eMail server will be an advantage
4. Customer oriented, team player, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
5. Communication and coordination skills with various parties (internal end user, vendor, auditor and internal IT team);
6. Good in written English; fluent in spoken Mandarin is a plus
7. Immediate availability or with short notice period is preferred
