• Degree in Quantity Surveying;
• Member of professional body is preferable;
• Min 10 years practical QS experience with not less than 3 years in managerial level will be an advantage;
• Contract administration and advice;
• Valuation of variation works and negotiate cost and time claims;
• Monitor project final account and VO claims;
• Capable of liaising with clients and consultants to solve commercial, contractual and claim matters;
• Energetic, aggressive and outgoing;
• Less experience will be considered as Senior Quantity Surveyor.
