Job Description

One of our client is a fast-growing fit-out contracting firm specializing in retail flagship stores, boutiques and cosmetic counters.

 

Interior Designer - Retails (Work at Lai Chi Kok)

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordination and production of technical drawings for fit-out and renovation projects. (Flagship stores, boutiques and cosmetic counters)
  • Communicate with all in-house manufacturers and site supervisors to ensure all technical drawings are properly produced
  • Assist the design manager in all aspects of project follow up such as material handling, site meetings and factory quality control

Job Requirements

  • Diploma holder in interior design or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in retail fit-out work
  • Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Independent, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

Benefits

5 days’ work at Lai Chi Kok, near exit C, MPF, Medial, 13 months salary with discretionary bonus

Interior designer  - Hospitality Projects (work at Kowloon Bay)

Job responsibility

  • Proficiency in using AutoCAD / Photoshop / SketchUp / Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle full set of design & construction drawings and specifications
  • Handle presentation work including concept design and development, materials sourcing and selection
  • Ability to communicate professionally and coordinate design work with clients, contractors & suppliers

Job requirements

  • Degree / Diploma Holder in interior design, architecture or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years experiences in interior design project management and hospitality 
  • (Less experience will be considered for Junior Designer post)
  • Excellent communications skills and presentable both in English Chinese
  • Creative & responsible good team-player but able to work independently
  • Able to meet tight schedule and handle multiple tasks
  • Willing to travel


5 days per week in Kowloon Bay, 
MPF, medical reimbursement, year-end double pay and Free shuttle bus provided.
