Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare BIM model based on engineer’s instruction
- Prepare construction analysis and simulation based on engineer’s instruction
- Attend and assist in project coordination meetings
- Assist project manager to perform relevant job duties
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma holders in Building Services/Mechanical or any other related discipline
- Passionate in Building services/ Construction Engineering field
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks
- Must be organised, results driven and proactive with the abilities to multitask
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
Training:
All successful candidates will be provided with a 3 month BIM project based training
under the guidance and supervision of our senior BIM Engineers.
Working Locations:
1. 19 A-D Nathan Commercial Building, No.430 Nathan Road. Kowloon.
2. Suite 901, 9/F, Ocean Centre, Harbour City, Kowloon.
