Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support Engineer to manage the Engine Test Cell Facilities Maintenance Team;
  • Monitor and upkeep the Engine Test Cell E&M facilities in serviceable condition with practical preventive and corrective maintenance services;
  • Draft specifications for the modification and enhancement of the Engine Test Cell E&M facilities;
  • Coordinate with maintenance services contractors to support maintenance / improvement works;
  • Assess and confirm completed work performed by maintenance services contractors;
  • Control costs required for facility maintenance work.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Services or equivalent qualifications;
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in facility maintenance;
  • Good communication, interpersonal and supervisory skill;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
