国际酒店总经理
工作地点:中国辽宁省营口市
职责范围:
1、全权负责处理酒店的一切事务,制定酒店营运方向和管理目标;
2、规范内部管理,包括一系列规章制度和服务操作规程,规定各级管理人员和员工的职责,并监督贯彻执行;
3、制定市场拓展规划,定期分析财务状况,检查营业进度与完成情况,并采取对策,保证酒店经营业务顺利进行;
4、制定财务指标及各项财务制度,实现经营目标;
5、建立品牌标准,并负责品牌的对外推广与拓展;
6、建立优秀团队,协助指导训导工作,培养人才,提高整个酒店的服务质量和员工素质。
任职要求:
1、大专或以上学历,五年或以上酒店中高层管理经验;
2、熟悉酒店运作、了解国内外酒店发展现状及方向;
3、对运营、营销管理、人才建设及公共关系管理有较深入的见解;
4、具备较强的抗压能力和团队精神、善于协调内部及外部关系;
5、善于管理和经营团队,有较强的决策和综合判断能力;
6、具备良好英文及中文水平
General Manager of International Hotel
Location: Yingkou City, Liaoning Province, China
Responsibility:
1. Fully responsible for all matters of the hotel, formulating hotel operation direction and management goals;
2. Standardize internal management, including a series of rules and regulations and SOP, stipulating the responsibilities of managers and other employees, and supervising and implementing the execution;
3. Develop a market expansion plan, regularly analyze financial conditions, check up on business progress and completion, also take countermeasures to ensure the smooth operation of hotel operations;
4. Formulate financial indicators and various financial systems to achieve business goals;
5. Establish brand standards and be responsible for the brand's external promotion and expansion;
6. Establish an excellent team, assist in guiding and training, cultivate talents, hence enhance the service quality and staff quality of hotel.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, five or more years of experience in hotel management at middle or high level;.
2. Familiar with hotel operation, and understand the status and direction of hotel development at China and abroad;
3. Have in-depth insights on operations, marketing management, talent building and public relations management;
4. Strong resistance to stress and teamwork, good at coordinating internal and external relations;
5. Good at management and operation team, have strong decision-making and comprehensive judgment ability;
6. Proficiency in English and Mandarin
