Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- To supervise a team of customer service staff and provide on-the-job training & coaching to them
- To handle enquiries and complaints from shoppers / tourists in a professional manner
- To plan and administer daily manpower arrangement
- To perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Shift duty will be required
Requirements:
- Passionate in retail and hospitality work
- Customer-oriented, good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, responsible and positive
- F. 5 / DSE / Diploma or above preferably in Hospitality / Travel / Business-related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or hospitality of which at least 2 years in supervisory role
- Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
