Job Description
Responsibilities
- aHandle full set of inbound and outbound cargo handling procedures and activities
- To ensure maximum level of customer service and customer satisfaction
- Develop and build strong and trusting relationships with local agents and carriers
Requirements
- F.5 or above
- Strong communication skills with good command of English/Cantonese/Mandarin
- 2 years Air freight operations experience in an international logistics and/or freight forwarding company
- Familiar with Worldwide markets
- Overtime and shift duty required
- Night Shift Duty in advantage
