Responsibilities:

• Assist the Purchasing Manager in ensuring that there is proper follow-up of the orders
• Source, assess and select products and suppliers
• Maintain and upkeep the purchasing database and records
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Operation Departments and lead the team to develop efficient marketing strategies to achieve the sales target

 Requirements:

• Diploma / Higher Diploma holder or above in any discipline
• Working experience 3-5 years particularly in Purchasing / Sourcing/ Merchandising.
• Strong problem solving, analytical skills and numerical ability
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• F&B experience is an advantage
