Responsibilities: 

• Report to QA Manager and QA Officer;
• Check CCPs, OPRPs according to ISO 22000 system and fill in forms;
• Raw Material receiving check and record;
• Personal, Equipment, Processing Plant Hygiene Check and record;
• Processing flow check and record;
• Finished products check and record;
• Check temperature of storage, processing plant, transportation vehicle and record;
• Involve in calibration;
• Take samples for lab test; Follow up lab test samples & result;
• Follow up pest control;
• Complaint investigation and improvement follow up;
• Handle ad-hoc things;

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Food Science/Food Safety or related disciplines
• Proactive and responsible attitude, persistent and detail minded personality is required
• Knowledge on HACCP and ISO 22000 is preferred
• 1-2 years relevant working experience in operation / fresh market / food Factory is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office application (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Be proactive, self-motivated and work independently
• Good time management skill, well-organized with strong analytical mind
• 5.5 Days work, On Shift
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Fresh graduate will also considered
