Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business users, IT teams and vendors to implement the hospitality systems including Catering POS, Recreation, Retail POS, Smart Card, and Integrated Reservation
- Lead a team of software engineers, offshore development resources and external resources to accomplish development tasks as defined in the Product Development Life Cycle
- Conduct design & code review to ensure quality of software deliverables
- Lead testing projects involving multiple applications
- Provide support during SIT, system assurance test and UAT
- Assist IT operations team to perform software installation and implementation
- Monitor progress on post implementation problems resolution
Requirements:
- Degree Graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related disciplines
- Over 10 years IT experience, with experience in managing projects, leading team of developers locally and remotely to deliver IT solutions.
- Excellent in vendor management on medium/large scale of projects
- Experience in implementing hospitality packages and CRM is preferred
- Solid experience in leading testing for projects involving multiple applications
- Solid experience in developing ASP.Net (C#/VB) web-based application in Microsoft platform
- Excellent team player with strong sense of co-operation and be able to collaborate with different level of stakeholders in a complex environment
- Excellent in writing, & presentation skills
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
