Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct business analysis especially on consortium and enterprise Blockchain platforms for the Financial Services Industry.
• Document business requirements, objectives, and scope of various projects both from internal and external parties
• Contribute to design ideas, business workflows, product planning, and product development 
• Prepare formal reports, writeups and presentations for external and internal parties related to project requirements and development, and product information.
• Prepare formal reports and suggestions to Executives based on quantitative and qualitative feedback from end-users
• Assist management in liaising with clients for requirement gathering, developing go-to-market strategies, resource planning, solution vetting, and other collaborative proposals
• Work closely with the software development team including Project managers, UX/UI designer, Developers, and operations to ensure smooth delivery of product
• Provide product training to clients and other external parties, as well as for internal divisions such as marketing, business development, and sales.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree, preferably in business administration, computer science or related areas
• 2-3 years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably gained from Financial Services Industry or FinTech start-ups (less experience / fresh graduates will be considered as Management Trainee)
• Good analytical skills and able to present in a group setting and lead discussion
• Ability to adapt to dynamic and frequent changes in customer requests and product requirements
• Ability to multi-task between various different projects
• Strong organization and prioritization skills
• Creative talents and strong problem-solving skills
• Strong customer intimacy and a good team player
• Excellent interpersonal skill, self-starter and detail-minded
• Preferably native English speaker or near-native proficiency in English, Chinese proficiency is a plus, and good command of written English
