Job Responsibilities:

• Implementation of internal and/or clients’ servers, server software and network equipment, including virtualization solutions;
• Setup, installation, configuration, testing, trouble-shooting and fine-tuning of the related components;
• Implementation of system management / monitoring configuration and procedures including backup / restore components;
• Set up compilation of reports and updates of manuals and related documentation;
• Preparation of related specifications;
• Preparing and conducting system tests and user acceptance; and
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• University graduate in IT or related disciplines is preferred
• At least 8 years experience in installation, configuration and support of UNIX, Linux and/or Windows servers
• Customer-oriented and strong interpersonal skills
• Mature, aggressive, flexible, energetic, self-motivated and able to take up challenges and pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese is required
• Possessing either one of the following certificates will be an advantage:

                (i) Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) in Windows Server or Microsoft Windows

               (ii) Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) in Windows Server or Microsoft Windows

              (iii) Microsoft Certified Solutions Export (MCSE) in Windows Server or Microsoft Windows

               (iv) Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) in Windows Server or Microsoft Windows

                (v) Linux Professional Institute (LPI) Certificate

               (vi) Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), or equivalent
