Job Description
MRC is looking for a resourceful, experienced software developer to join our development team. The candidate will be responsible for development and enhancement of our HRMS products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for development and enhancement on HRMS product to external clients.
- Compile internal technical document and perform internal user training.
- Responsible for 3rd party integration and new feature development.
- Working with system consultation team on technical assistance for client’s requirement and bug fixing.
Requirements：
- Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
- Knowledge and experience in Stimulsoft Report Writer is preferred.
- Solid experience in C# and .NET Core framework, database and stored procedure.
- Knowledge and experience in Crystal Report is an advantage.
- Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, IRD Ordinance and MPF scheme Ordinance is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
- Strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skill in both Cantonese and English.
- Experience in HRMS, OA and Finance system is an advantage.
- 3-10 years IT working experience
