POSITION SUMMARY

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our project delivery team. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day web and mobile application development project for leading retail brands. If you are a detail oriented and result driven project manager professional with a passion for digital solutions and ecommerce platforms, we would love to hear from you.

Reporting to the Project Delivery Director, you will be working closely with our internal team to deliver a wide range of web and mobile applications projects and platforms such as Magento, Drupal. Your passion and commitment coupled with a very organized and process-oriented personality will drive you to consistently deliver project on time, within budget and beyond client expectations.

Job description and role summary

- Responsible for handling end-to-end project delivery
- Responsible for scoping project user requirements and specifications
- Responsible for issuing and implementing project and production planning
- Work closely with external and internal parties and ensure the highest quality delivery
- Act as a key contact point and provide strategy consulting services
- Accountable for project profitability
- Responsible for resources planning and resource allocation
- Responsible for decision making from technical, business and design perspective
- Ability to perform creative and technical analysis of client requirements
- Responsible for proposal, budget monitoring, project tracking, and reporting
- Define effective content strategy and drive the content production team
- Hands-on in driving the agreed marketing plan and content production and release
- Committed to consistently deliver projects on-time, on-budget
- Tactile, details oriented, customer-centric oriented, driven and passionate

Key Skills and requirements.

The successful candidate should have the following skills and experience:

- Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
- Sound experience in managing project with Open Source Frame work
- Sound experience in managing project with Magento, Drupal and Word press
- At least 3 years web project management experience working on international brands
- Experience in web development will be a definite advantage
- Experience in working in digital agency is an advantage
- Familiar with ticketing and project tracking software
- Strong leadership, presentation and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle deadlines and clients.
- Fluent using MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Google Analytics
- Experience with Jira, Redmine and GIT is an advantage
