Job Description

Official Title: Associate - Customer Transactions

To manage the customer transactions and emails enquiries
To ensure that, at all times, the speed and quality of processing matches or exceeds agreed standards
Manage the performance of staff, working with them at all times to ensure that they are achieving optimum efficiency, accuracy and productivity, whilst displaying a customer centric attitude at all times
Manage escalated queries and complaints, liaising with Head Office and other Managers where appropriate
Deputise for the Customer Transactions Manager
Good Work management, effective distribution and delegation
Good staff management and development
Building and maintaining relationships with Regional Offices and key brokers
Provide first class customer services
Adaptable to a change management
Proven self-development / risks and Control ability
AML (anti-money laundering) and CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) processes

Requirement:

Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin speaker
Intermediate computer skills with well-established capabilities in Word and Excel; will have spent at least 3 years in a similar environment
Good problem solving and organisation skills, systematic, good judgement, good leadership and teamwork, customer focus, good personal effectiveness and planning / organization
