FACTORY MANAGER

Qualifications and Requirements

• Higher diploma or equivalent level. 
• Strong knowledge of metals and electronic field is necessary. 
• Minimum 10 years solid working experience in manufacturing operation of factory with 5 years at managerial level in offshore countries
• Ability to work with other departments to achieve company goals and ability to solve problems
• Responsible, hands on, initiative and have good leadership ability
• Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Station in Huizhou, Guangdong
• Maintain cost effectiveness and identify ways for continuous improvement, Build a high performance culture with competent, flexible and committed workforce

Job Responsibilities

• Good ability in training both staff and workers to follow procedures, company policies and work instructions
• Oversee the factory operation with over 500 workers
• To ensure the production efficiency, quality, on time delivery and minimize overhead
• Able to coordinate both materials and workers to meet production schedules, efficiency targets with good quality
• Ensure working safety and 5S methodology, etc.
• Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure and independently
• Take corrective action immediately to quality related issues and bring to the attention of superiors
• Knowledge in Automation and ERP is preferable.  
•  Experience in New Factory setup
