Events Executive

We are looking for a key individual to be appointed to the position of Event Executive . You will be required to coordinate with buildings and shopping malls to provide multiple sites for our Sales Teams to operate in.

Job description:

• Build and update database of malls, corporate buildings, and corporate office sites our Sales Teams can operate in
• Conduct sales calls / Sales presentations to Malls and other sites and close event spaces weekly for our teams
• Present on behalf of our clients, with a view to building long-term and mutually beneficial partnerships with key corporate/ mall accounts
• Negotiate space and booking fees with the events
• Regularly send marketing materials to events / mall sites
• Coordinate and liaise with Sales Managers within the business and plan sites for Sales Staff
• Perform other duties as required

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales or business development - preferably business to business sales 
• Mid- to senior level contacts with shopping mall or offices management highly desirable
