To support our continuous growth and expansion, we are now seeking a high caliber candidate for the following position.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the direction set forth by the Art Director
• Collaborate with game team, story team and marketing team
• Create character, creature including character sheets,  costume, mechanic, vehicle, prop and weapon
• Create environmental concepts that include landscape, architectural design and prop
• Create polished illustrations
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in animation, film or game development focusing on conceptual artwork
• In-depth knowledge of visual principles including form, shape, design, perspective, structure, silhouette, human and creature anatomy
• Excellent eye for light, value, composition and color
• Ability to develop ideas through sketches, take feedback, and take the sketches to a high level of finish.
• Experienced with digital content creation tools such as Photoshop, Painter, etc
• So passionate with your line of work that it may scare us
• Ability to solve problems creatively in a fast paced environment.
• Extensive knowledge in Acid Rain World, its settings, stories and heroes
• Be open-minded
• Positive attitude and an ability to receive and provide objective feedback

Desired Requirements:

• Experience developing highly realistic character designs with very focused art directions. Ability to explore multiple art directions.
• Strong foundation in the traditional arts including but not limited to painting, sculpture, figure drawing, illustration
• Experience communicating storytelling/blue sky ideas through image sequences, rough sketches, or 3D models.
• Deep understanding of Maya or Blender
• Familiar with Military and Sci-fi setting
