Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to headquarter and medical centres (Central & TST);
• Responsible for facilities and equipment management;
• Monitor consumable ordering procedures and inventory;
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for logistics arrangement;
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree holder in Business / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• At least 2 years relevant experiences, including experience in administration, facilities management & procurement in sizable organization
• Well-organized, detail-minded, proactive, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Independent, a team player with initiative and good interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
• Proficient PC skills of MS office and Chinese word processing
• Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Senior Administrative Officer
• Working Location: Sheung Wan
