Mission

Our client is a European company specializing in high-end outdoor furniture and accessories with production facilities in China and South East Asia, serving international customers. They are currently looking for a new Sales / Product Coordinator.

This person will be in charge to follow up any new inquiry for product development. You are the link between the customer and our R&D. You have to be sure that all deadlines are respected.

Your job starts during the 1st exchange with the customer and end up with the 1st shipment that you organize.

• Receive the incoming inquiries from our OEM customers
• Be sure that you have all information in hands before to forward the request to the R&D Dpt
• Be the link between the R&D and the customers
• Be in touch with some external suppliers to buys spare parts
• Make the quotation based on the cost given by the factory
• Follow up the conception of samples
• Meet the customers for the final check and/or review
• Do PO/PI and follow up the payment
• In charge of the 1st shipment (documents, forwarder…)
• Calculate margin & P&L
• You may need to go in our factory in China from time to time (2 hours from HK)

For our own brand, you will be in charge of the pricing, working in team with another person.

Profile

 Education :

• University degree

Language :

• Good interpersonal & communication skills, written and spoken (Cantonese, English & Mandarin)

Experience and skills:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position (required)
• Experience in furniture industry (preferred)
• Strong project management skills and details oriented mindset to ensure timely production and delivery schedules are met (required)
• Familiar with shipping procedure
• Proficient in MS office (Excel)
• Confident with numbers and international customers
• Candidate with more experience may be considered as Senior Sales Coordinator
• The position is to take ASAP
