• Perform general sourcing duties, analyse and evaluate suppliers.
• Manage quotations, price comparisons and price negotiations with suppliers
• Follow up on orders from confirmation, artwork, QC to shipment
• Work closely with QC teams, factories, Logistics and International buyers
• Visit trade fairs and suppliers, with and without International buyers to develop business and suppliers
• Provide support to Senior Merchandisers

Requirements

• Bachelor or Higher Diploma graduate preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience, preferably gained in sourcing/buying offices For European markets, work experience either in Home Textiles,Knitwear,Ceramics, Glassware 
• Home textiles (100% Cotton towels, Duvet covers, Bathmats, Rugs, Throws, Beach towels, Home decorations/accessories from INDIA, PAKISTAN
• Sleep wear, Pyjama’s, Knitwear, T-shirts, Hoodies from BANGLADESH, Cambodia, China
• Porcelain, Stoneware, Ceramics in dinnersets, vases, flower pots as well as Glassware (wine glass, double wall glass, carafe, vase)
• Experience in price analysis and negotiations
• Detail oriented, well organized with good coordination and planning skills
• Must be trustworthy, responsible, self-motivated and work independently
• Excellent command of both verbal and written English and fluent in Putonghua
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team player
• Good knowledge of MS office essential
