Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior management in developing business models, business plans, organizational structure, management policies, and controlling procedures etc. for the company;
• Liaise and cooperate with various internal departments, Zhuhai headquarters, and external parties in execution of business plans to accomplish organisation’s objectives while ensuring operational workflow comply with regulatory procedures and internal operating policies;
• Generate regular reports/statistics to track business performance, prepare budget review & analysis, and propose corrective & improvement actions for internal departments;
• Provide corporate governance practices for a group of investment holding companies incorporated in HK, PRC, BVI, Cayman Islands and other jurisdictions;
• Assist in monitoring and reviewing the internal controls, risk assessment, and operational workflow, making recommendations for improvement actions;

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Operations, Accounting & Finance, Corporate Governance, Company Secretary, and related disciplines;
• Experienced in state-owned enterprise of China/ Chinese enterprise is a plus;
• 5 years solid experience in business operations; Familiar with property sales & marketing, architectural design, and company secretarial practice is highly preferred;
• Be self-motivated and a good team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills;
• Good multi-tasking skills, sensitive to numbers and attentive to details, meticulous with strong time management skills
• Proficient in Cantonese, Putonghua and English, good Chinese writing skill;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
