Reports to: Managing Director

Main Responsibilities

• Assist with Managing Director
• Organize meetings
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the team
• Recruitment for LBB (post job ads)
• Preparing client-based reports and marketing research

• Assist with the communication team
• Marketing operations
• Events management (assist in finding vendors)

• Accounting Follow-Up
• Prepare monthly invoices for clients
• Follow up payments from clients
• Filing all the expenses of LBB

• Research in luxury industry in HK, Macau and China
• Follow the trends of luxury brands (Jewellery/Fashion/Leather)
  

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing or elated displines
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience
• Knowledge of international luxury industry is a plus
• Able to do copywriting in both English and Chinese
• Presentable, team player, dynamic, positive attitude, persistent and assertive
• Reliable and Independent
• Organized and has good communication skills
• Excellent PC/Mac knowledge, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Written and spoken.

Monthly salary according to experience.
