Job Description
1. Responsible for the reception and consulting of customers, providing professional real estate consulting services for customers;
2. Responsible for the development and accumulation of the company's housing resources, and establish good business cooperation with the owners;
3. Identify customer needs, provide suitable housing products in the market, and negotiate prices;
4. Responsible for the whole process of housing sales and leasing, including taking, receiving, signing and transferring, to facilitate business transactions;
5.Responsible for business follow-up, customer information registration and customer relationship maintenance and other follow-up work.
6. Hold a Hong Kong real estate brokerage licence.
