Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for analyzing the client needs, specifications, quotations, delivery date requirements and all other information essential to making a proper purchase
• Source and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers
• Manage and control inventory levels of materials in order to maintain low levels of inventory
• Monitor and co-ordinate the deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered on time
• Deliver measurable results and improve processes

Job Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• Min. 2 years purchasing experience, with experience in toys industry is highly preferred
• Good communication skill in spoken and written English and Chinese/Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing), ERP system
• Strong negotiation and analytical skill
• Proficient communication and problem solving skills
