Job Duties:

• Report to Director, design and implement front-line sales staff training programs.
• Sales staff recruitment, staff development and performance check.
• Provide administrative support to shops
• Head Office HR issues handling

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Have experience in electrical appliances retailing a definite asset
• Very good communication skills with ability to motivate others a must
• Have a postive attitude and willing to work under pressure
• Appreciate the importance of team work
