Official Title: Administrator (Customer Service)

Product Offerings: A range of individual unit-linked regular and single premium-based savings, retirement and investment plans and an open-architecture portfolio bond along with retirement and savings products, Life and Healthcare...etc products.

Some Admin / Customer Service experience is preferred

Ensure that, at all times, the speed and quality of dealing with all Customer Service enquiries and telephone calls relating to all existing Unit Linked Policies matches or exceeds agreed standards

Provide a first class, proactive, service that reflects the level of care required when dealing with all broker queries

To provide support to the Manager to ensure efficient running of the day to day operations of the 'Transactions Team' in order to meet agreed Service Standards.

Role requires sound and consistent judgement in dealing with all queries in relation to existing unit linked policies, especially more technical queries.

Jobholder must be effective communicator and able to provide quality services to an international base of introducers.

Comfortable with working in a highly dynamic international financial services

5 days with 23 days Annual Leave + Public Holidays
