Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and customer opinion in good manner
- Prepare correspondences and regular reports
- Perform general administrative duties
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experiences in Customer Service
- Good telephone manner & strong communication skills
- Customer-oriented and responsible
- Proficient in PC application
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
